i hold a yoga alliance certification at the RYT-200 level and enjoy teaching yoga because it enables me to share something i love with the world. yoga transforms; not just the physical body, but our subtle body and mind as well. i have experienced this for myself and feel it is a privilege to help guide others along their journey.
i have been a jazz and hip hop instructor and choreographer for over 15 years, working with students of all ages from children to adults. in that time i have traveled to a variety of dance conferences and workshops and taken classes with some of the nation’s most exquisite dancers. creating choreography is my most favorite activity and calls upon the sum of my movement knowledge. anytime i can dance is my favorite time.
teaching others is a commitment to lifelong continued education. when i’m not teaching dance or yoga, you can find me at local area studios taking class and learning new things.
